Dr. Jay is an extremely capable dentist. What's more important, he is a great person and he's also surrounded by a great staff. Our family is very grateful to have had him recommended to us. We have been with Dr. Jay for many years and hope we continue with him for long. Only complain: he doesn't have enough car magazines in the waiting area...

Dr. Jay is the kindest and most professionally involved dentist I have ever experienced. First of all he was my original dentist's dentist! When it was determined I would need something done about my teeth I was told it would be dentures. I pleaded with my first dentist and he reluctantly said "if anybody can fix it for you Dr. Jay can, he's my dentist!" It was a truly amazing experience. He slowly opened up my jaw, subsequently reducing my TMJ at the same time, and made room for bigger teeth. Now after a full replacement of crowns, I have the teeth of a movie star! Dr. Jay walked me through step by step explaining why he was doing each step, taking no shortcuts and making tuneups whenever needed as my bite changed. I can't thank him enough. I went through some hard times (unrelated) during the process and he and his whole staff made me feel so comfortable and encouraged me, I felt like I was getting free therapy as well. Thank you Dr. Jay, Barb, Jen, Shay, Cindy and the swimming frog for everything you've done.

I just wanted to take the time to let you know how very happy I am with all of you. It is so nice to come into a place of business and be treated with warmth and caring regardless of how you all might really be feeling at that moment. The effort you make to extend a warm welcome is truly appreciated. I have always HATED going to the dentist as I am VERY dental-phobic. However, two weeks ago when I came in for a concern of mine, I actually fell asleep in the dental chair waiting! And, without the benefit of medication! For me that is really a big deal as I usually white knuckle it from the time I walk in until the time I walk out. That I fell asleep says a lot as to my trust factor with all of you and the comfort level I feel when I am in your office. Thank you! You are the best! You should be cloned and put into every dental office on the planet! If everyone were as kind and concerned as you, there would be no dental phobias. You truly deliver what you promise painless dentistry. Kudos to you all!
